AVAD Baltic is an Apple Authorized Distributor and is responsible for the consistent growth of the "Apple" brand in the Baltic States as well as the development of the Apple Authorised Reseller and Service Provider network.

The team of AVAD Baltic actively participates in the adaptation and implementation of Apple technologies by helping to raise the qualifications of business and education sector specialists, along with training and consulting professionals on how to use state-of-the-art Apple technologies.

Established in 2007, AVAD Baltic is one of the companies in the Lithuanian-capital ACME Grupė.

Our Estonian office is located in Ülemiste.

As a Retail Business Development Manager, you will work with the current major accounts in Estonian market, ensuring the highest possible revenue targets are achieved, and develop new accounts. You are responsible for direct strategic sales relationships with key customers, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

You have:

✓ expertise and in-depth knowledge of retail business
✓ the ability to foster strong business relationships
✓ experience in managing and developing account development strategies
✓ analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and communicate effectively
✓ excellent communication skills in English
