Your commitment to supporting and empowering your team is a key to ensure success. Your work includes ensuring meeting agreed targets of Danish back-office team, coordinating the daily work of your team, and organizing training and coaching sessions. In addition, you run recruitments in your team and actively identify improvement opportunities.

You are a solution-oriented team worker with great organizational and communication skills. You have very good command of English, speaking Danish is an advantage. If you have experience with leading remote teams and SAP software, it’s a bonus.
