As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support for Briox' accountants as well as end customers. You will onboard accountants to Briox, support sales and development team, assist with English to Estonian translations and update social media.

Supportive and international team

You shine in this role if you have experience in B2B customer service and you speak excellent Estonian and fluent English. In order to provide great customer support, you need a good knowledge of accounting. You describe yourself as a tech-savvy and self-motivated problem solver who is enthusiastic and customer-oriented.
