  • Build Estateguru's investor community in Latvia from the ground up by identifying, approaching and converting new investors through proactive outreach, networking and relationship-building.

  • Own the entire sales pipeline from prospecting and first conversations to onboarding active investors and developing long-term client relationships.

  • Represent Estateguru in the Latvian market by building your personal brand, attending networking events and becoming a recognised contact within the local investment community.

  • Introduce investors to real estate-backed investments as an asset class, helping them understand the opportunities and build confidence in their investment decisions.

  • Develop new business opportunities by engaging with entrepreneurs, business owners, investors and other high-value contacts across your network.

  • Work closely with our Baltic Investor Relations, Marketing and Risk teams to support investor growth and drive the success of the Latvian market.

  • Creation of an acquisition strategy on the local market, while relying on the support from your colleagues locally and internationally.

Your mission is to grow Estateguru's investor base in Latvia through proactive sales, networking and relationship building. You will identify potential investors, build relationships with them, introduce them to Estateguru's investment opportunities and help them become active investors on our platform. This is not an account management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating new business opportunities and actively growing a market from the ground up.
