European Innovation Academy (EIA) is an educational organisation with a strong mission to educate 1 million people by 2025 in the field of entrepreneurship. Your task as a CEO will be to successfully steer the ship and supervise and control the strategic and business aspects of the organisation.
• Develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with organizational OKR-s.
• Lead and motivate the team of talents to increase employee engagement and ensure high performance by the team.
• Track daily team's performance and evaluate the progress.
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure that the organisation produces the desired results and is consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
