  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through all contacts to support our aim for being the preferred partner.
  • Managing the sales of Dermo aesthetic products to Dermo aesthetic physicians and private clinics.
  • Planning and executing sales calls in the Baltics and ensuring that efforts are in line with product strategy as well as IBSA Baltic’s policies and procedures.
  • Executing, evaluating and updating account plans concerning the most important clients. 

AS THE REGIONAL MANAGER, YOUR MAIN GOAL IS TO ESTABLISH IBSA BALTICS BY IDENTIFYING, ENGAGING, BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH RELEVANT STAKEHOLDERS THAT ARE NEEDED FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE STRATEGIES FOR THE RESPONSIBLE AREAS.

  • Previous sales experience and a proven track record of your own sales results.
  • Strong business acumen, good understanding and interpretation of sales figures and a superior capability of building relationships at all levels. 
  • Good level of knowledge of MS Office programs and experience working with a CRM system. 
  • Effective communication, writing and negotiation skills.
  • A good command of English and Estonian.
