AS A RISK MANAGEMENT PROJECT LEAD,
you take the lead on implementing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach in IuteCredit Group by developing and arranging risk mapping for the whole Group, as well as drawing and applying risk management processes based on it. You will be cooperating with stakeholders in all our countries, as well as in our Tallinn HQ, through surveys, interviews, workshops etc. with the aim to know, understand, and handle the important risks to our business and strategy.
You have experience in internal auditing and/or risk management and
higher education in business or finance. You are proactive and independent in your work and have good communication skills. You speak fluent English, a knowledge of Estonian is a bonus.
