In this role you will be responsible for providing valuable guidance and support to our B2B customers via email and phone. You are in charge of managing invoices, queries and client databases. You are keen to take ownership of customer issues and troubleshooting problems.
You will represent Linde Gas in the Swedish market
You have a very good command of Swedish and English. Previous working experience in customer service or sales support and an understanding of Salesforce software is an advantage.
You are customer-oriented and your strengths are good communication and problem-solving skills.
