You will lead and support the customer service team to deliver high-quality service in a collaborative environment. By developing strategies, monitoring performance, and working closely with sales, operations, and marketing, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction and smooth issue resolution. You’ll also identify service challenges and implement proactive solutions to improve the overall customer experience.
What you will enjoy doing
You have 5+ years of team leadership experience and a degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, or a related field. You’re familiar with the EMEA market and regulations, and knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma is a plus. You speak fluent English, collaborate effectively across teams, and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments. Experience in customer service centers and knowledge of Swedish are considered an advantage.
