Your work includes ensuring meeting agreed targets of Finnish team, coordinating the daily work of your team, and organizing training and coaching sessions. In addition, you run recruitments in your team and identify improvement opportunities.
You will create an inspiring team environment with open communication.
You are dedicated to providing great customer service and you have great organizational and communication skills. You have a very good command of Finnish and English. You are a customer and solution-oriented team player. An experience with SAP is an advantage.
