You as a Customer Service Representative will support our B2B customers both via phone and email. You are in charge of managing orders, queries and client databases, and you will help our customers navigate in our online shop. You are keen to take ownership of customer issues and troubleshooting problems.
You will represent Linde Gas in Danish market
You have previous experience in Customer or Sales Support, experience in front office is an advantage. You have a very good command of Danish and English. Estonian language is not necessary.
You have a proactive approach and your strengths are good communication and problem-solving skills. Also, you are customer-oriented and have great attention to detail.
