You enjoy providing support to our B2B customers via email and phone. You are in charge of managing orders, queries and you will fulfill duties related to cylinder delivery. You are keen to take ownership of customer issues and troubleshooting problems.
You will represent Linde Gas in the Norwegian market.
Previous work experience in customer service is an advantage. You have a very good command of Norwegian and English. Estonian language is not necessary.
Besides customer-oriented mindset your strengths are good communication and problem-solving skills.
