In this role you will be responsible for providing valuable guidance and support to our internal and external customers through order processing, product advice, hardware and gas accessory quote requests.
You are handling incoming calls and emails from our customers and work with a team of 5 people to provide excellent service.
You will be part of our hardware department and represent Linde Gas in Swedish market
You have experience with customer service, such as order processing, quote requests, and complaint handling. You have a very good command of Swedish and English.
A background in technical customer service and an understanding of logistics flows is a bonus.
Your strengths are good communication and problem-solving skills. If you are interested in digitalization and automation, then Linde Gas gives you perfect opportunity to put it into practice.
