You enjoy providing support to our B2B customers via email and phone. You are in charge of managing orders, queries and client databases. You are keen to take ownership of customer issues and troubleshooting problems.
We have support roles in the front and back offices.
You will represent Linde Gas in the Finnish market
You have previous working experience in Sales Support or Back Office, and you have a very good command of Finnish and English. The Estonian language is not necessary.
Your strengths are good communication and problem-solving skills. Also, you are customer-oriented and have great attention to detail.
