✔ You will drive the Linde digital roadmap for service centers, embracing the latest digitalization trends and pushing forward with online services, such as multi-language support and AI tools.
✔ You lead the Customer Leadership Team as one team to harmonize and develop services across all countries and processes. You manage directly 10 people, and the entire Customer Service team consists of 140 people.
✔ You will develop and implement customer service strategies that align with the company's overall goals and values. You will collaborate with other customer service centers in Linde, sharing experiences and implementing best practices.
✔ You ensure that employee development meets the modern requirements of skills and knowledge needed in a changing digital environment, including capabilities to handle multi-channel communication, advanced data analysis skills, and expertise in digital customer service platforms.
✔ You will budget, forecast, and manage costs, including headcount planning.
✔ The role is on-site in Tallinn (60% office-based with the possibility of 2-3 days working from home).
You work across borders with a lot of stakeholders.
✔ You have strong change management and extensive leadership experience.
✔ You have experience in driving changes within teams and in organizations, and thorough understanding of how to run digital transformations.
✔ You are proactive in delivering results, unafraid of taking risks, and are not afraid to fail.
✔ Experience in an international environment.
✔ You demonstrate knowledge of both technical and commercial aspects of the production process.
✔ Flexibility, the power of enthusiasm, and charisma are what will make you to earn respect within customer service and in the company.
✔ A good understanding of business and P&L influencing factors.
✔ Excellent English skills.
✔ It’s a plus if you have knowledge and experience in the customer service field.
