You’ll work closely with managing directors, project managers, and executives across Europe – your reports and analysis will influence operational and strategic decisions.
An ambitious environment
Are you a structured finance professional who thrives in fast-paced environment?
- Conducting monthly financial reviews with MDs and PMs across Europe
- Analyzing profitability and ensuring financial accuracy in project data
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and stakeholders
- Participating in the monthly financial close process
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting
- Driving improvements in reporting and processes
Must-haves:
- At least 2 years of experience in finance, auditing, or controlling
- Strong accounting skills and experience with financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or accounting
- Strong command of Estonian and English
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of IFRS and consolidation tools
- Data visualization and dashboard creation skills
