Are you a structured finance professional who thrives in fast-paced environment?

  • Conducting monthly financial reviews with MDs and PMs across Europe
  • Analyzing profitability and ensuring financial accuracy in project data
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and stakeholders
  • Participating in the monthly financial close process
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting
  • Driving improvements in reporting and processes

Must-haves:

  • At least 2 years of experience in finance, auditing, or controlling
  • Strong accounting skills and experience with financial reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or accounting
  • Strong command of Estonian and English
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of IFRS and consolidation tools
  • Data visualization and dashboard creation skills
