As our Head of Digital Business in the Baltics, you'll:
- lead the development of our e-commerce platform for business customers; manage a team of 3 specialists;
- grow the e-commerce revenue and manage the digital sales channels in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania;
- guarantee a first-class digital customer and user experience for Onninen’s professional clients;
- provide user support for your team and organize trainings and seminars for both the team and clients.
- have at least 3 years of experience in developing and managing digital sales channels;
- feel yourself at home with Google Analytics;
- are fluent in English;
- describe yourself as a proactive team player who is innovative, open-minded and has great communication skills.
