Positium is the only data analytics company in the world specialising in mobile positioning data for official statistics. Founded in 2003, we have nearly two decades of experience working with global clients and scientists alike. Positium develops cool GIS solutions, high-quality methodology, software, and expertise to process MPD for insights on the spatio-temporal behaviour of human beings.
Your base will be our modern city-center office in Tartu, and you'll work closely with the industry experts, sales team and our management board.

Your role at Positium is to manage multiple international projects – planning scope, timelines and resources, keeping delivery on track, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and the team
Take ownership of client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Additionally, we expect you to
Support proposal preparation and scoping during sales processes
Collaborate closely with developers, analysts and experts to deliver quality outcomes
Proactively identify risks and keep projects within scope, budget and deadlines
You succeed in this position when you can balance clear planning with flexibility, ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction, and keep multiple projects running smoothly without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You're a perfect fit for our team if you
Have university degree and you can stay calm under pressure, focusing on solutions, not problems
Have at least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in IT or service-based projects
Are proactive, structured, and solution-oriented – someone who makes things happen rather than waits to be pushed
Communicate with clarity and confidence. Professional-level English is a must, and any additional languages (including Estonian) are a plus
Know how to keep scope realistic and defend it when needed, and are comfortable managing several projects at once while keeping priorities clear
