We only work in legal and regulated markets. We develop our proprietary Online Gaming platform and all associated products from our primary office in Tartu, Estonia. We also have offices in the US and Colombia.

Furthermore, your role includes finding the best technical talent to fuel the growth of Rush Street Interactive while identifying right, meaningful career opportunities for people. 

We cannot wait to hear about you if you have extensive experience (4+ years) as a full-cycle recruiter managing tech roles in a high-growth environment, ability to understand the technology and a solid knowledge of sourcing techniques. Also, you are excellent at communicating in English. Knowledge of Estonian language will be considered as an advantage.
