We would like for you to have:
- Proven experience in running successful digital marketing campaigns across Meta and working across markets
- High level skills in determining the campaign metrics, including audience targeting, ad placement, campaign optimization
- An excellent grasp of the English language
- Developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies mainly across Meta to reach and engage target audiences across 15 markets
- Analyzing campaign performance data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to continually improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborating closely with different departments and presenting your reflections in front of teams
- Creating compelling ad campaigns, including copywriting, to optimize user engagement and conversion rates
