As an HR Manager, you create and put into action various HR initiatives and strategies. You manage documentation and cooperate with partner organizations. You cultivate a supportive workplace and oversee the recruitment and HR processes.
We are looking for a senior HR manager who has experience in retail, international teams and organizing the HR department. You are a balancing and enthusiastic problem-solver, who can inspire and lead the team. You speak English and Estonian languages.
