WiSo Engineering is a fast-growing company focused on the construction and implementation of renewable energy projects. • You have a technical background in electrical or energy systems and hold a C-level electrical safety certification (EU standard)

• Coordinate and supervise warranty and maintenance works across Latvia’s solar parks

• Monitor performance through remote systems and identify technical issues early. Travel between sites to inspect, document, and verify completed work

• You understand how to assess and ensure the quality of electrical works, with solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• You have a valid driving license and are okay to frequently travel across Latvia

• You are systematic, proactive, and responsible, able to manage several cases at once and stay calm under pressure

Maintenance and Warranty Manager,

• Record and report warranty cases, update cost registers and budgets, and keep all documentation accurate

• Manage multiple open cases at the same time, set priorities, and ensure each issue is resolved on time

• You communicate clearly in Latvian and English and enjoy working independently
